Graduation Policy

November 19, 2018

Degrees are conferred three times a year. Diplomas bear the University conferral date in the summer, fall or spring. The graduation ceremony is held each May and is open to all graduates of that academic year. The School has its own convocation ceremony, typically conducted a day or two before Commencement, during which time doctoral students are hooded and master’s candidates receive their diplomas.

All financial obligations must be satisfied prior to graduation. Diplomas and transcripts will not be issued to those students who have outstanding account balances from any University office.
