This track prepares the student to provide person-centered, evidenced-based primary care to young adults (ages 16-21 and emancipated minors), adults (ages 22–64), and older adults (over 65) Emphasis is placed on the primary care management of acute episodic and chronic conditions and the integration of health promotion and disease prevention throughout the adult lifespan.

Certification: Graduates are eligible to apply for one of the following certification exams: the Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner exam through the American Nurses Credentialing Center or the Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
