Admission Requirements
Applicants who have already completed a master’s degree in space systems engineering or a closely related technical discipline are eligible to apply for the Post-Master’s Certificate in Space Systems Engineering.
Program Requirements
Four courses must be completed from the Space Systems Engineering program within five years. One course, EN.675.712 Space Mission Formulation, is required. If a student has previously taken EN.675.712 Space Mission Formulation, a student must substitute a different Space Systems Engineering 700-level elective (EN.675.7XX) as part of the four course requirement. At least 2 courses must be at the 700-level. Some courses have prerequisites. No grades below a B- can count toward the certificate. All course selections are subject to advisor approval, and the advisor may authorize substitutions for any courses, including required courses.
Courses taken as part of an EP Master's program cannot be counted towards the Post-Master's certificate.
