This track prepares the student to provide person-centered, evidenced-based primary care to young adults (including late adolescents and emancipated minors), adults, and older adults (including young-old, old, and old-old adults). Emphasis is placed on the primary care management of acute episodic and chronic conditions and the integration of health promotion and disease prevention throughout the adult lifespan.
